Ready for a new challenge? Applications are now open for the RNLI face-to-face fundraisers for Northern Ireland. The role includes sharing vital safety messages and encouraging new supporters to sign up and donate.
In 2020, face-to-face fundraising was severely impacted by the coronavirus pandemic and the RNLI faced a significant shortfall in funding. This year, the lifesaving charity is looking to recruit face-to-face fundraisers, with most roles required for peak season.
A role within the face-to-face fundraising team offers flexible working in some great locations around the coast and on some of the most beautiful beaches including Portrush in county Antrim and Bangor and Newcastle in county Down. The RNLI’s face-to-face fundraisers receive competitive rates of pay whilst developing valuable skills for life. If you are dynamic, engaging and have great interpersonal skills, this could be the role for you. Become an ambassador for the RNLI and help to save lives at sea.
RNLI face-to-face fundraisers help thousands of people every year. Delivering lifesaving safety messaging will help people to enjoy the beach safely but lives are also saved by the money raised when inspiring new supporters to donate to the RNLI.
Neal Somerville, RNLI Face-to-Face Fundraising Manager: ‘Our face-to-face fundraiser roles are the perfect fit for anyone who is friendly, relaxed, energetic and able to talk to anyone. Successful applicants will receive quality training which ensures they feel confident and capable in the role. Apply now for the opportunity to work at the beach and become part of the RNLI crew.’
The face-to-face fundraising vacancies are available with a range of hours from part to full-time. Training will be given in all aspects required for the role.
